Guidelines for Submitting Promotions and Specials for Your Website

Introduction

At FirstPage Marketing, we strive to showcase your promotions and specials in the best light on your website. To ensure a seamless process when adding new promotion/special to your site, we've created this guide. It will help you provide us with the necessary information and graphics in the correct format. Adhering to these guidelines will enable us to update your website efficiently and maintain a consistent, professional look.

Graphic Submission Guidelines 

Graphic Requirements:
  • Size: All graphics should be square, precisely 500x500 pixels.
  • Quality: Graphics should be high-resolution and clear, without any blurriness or pixelation.
  • Branding: To maintain uniformity, all graphics should have similar branding to your website and include your company logo. Consider utilizing your company "Style Guide" you received during the onboarding process. It included your company colors, fonts, logos, patterns, etc.!
  • Information to include on graphic: The promotion, short description of promotion, when the promotion expires, and your company name or logo.
In order to meet these criteria, we suggest utilizing Canva to create your graphics. This will allow you to make sure the graphics are the proper size for submission, as well as allow you to get creative with your graphic designs! If you need help getting started, utilize these FREE TEMPLATES we created for your use. 

Submission Process

Open a ticket within our ticketing system with the following details:
  1. Subject: Promotions Update
  2. Description: We would like to have the promotions on our site updated. (**attach graphic(s) to the ticket**)
  3. Other Notes: If there is a particular date you want the graphic removed, please note that in your ticket. Otherwise, the promotion will stay on the site until a new ticket is submitted telling us to take down or replace the graphic. 
Then, submit the ticket and we will take care of the rest for you! 

Graphic Submission Policies 

Please note you are required to create and submit your own graphics. As mentioned previously, consider utilizing your company "Style Guide" you received during the onboarding process as well as Canva to create your graphics.
